1. Product Claims and Returns:

  • Any claims regarding damaged, wrong, or missing items must be reported within 1 working day of delivery.
  • Replacement products will be sent after receiving the old product without any extra charge.
  • Goods must be complete, unused, and in ‘AS NEW’ condition as received. Opened boxes cannot be returned.

2. Returns and Exchanges:

  • Returns and exchanges are valid within 7 days after your purchase.
  • Original invoice must be provided for processing returns or exchanges.
  • Please contact Customer Service at support@macdubai.ae before sending the item back.

3. Verification and Eligibility:

  • We reserve the right to verify the condition of goods before accepting returns.
  • The product must be 100% intact, unopened, and in its original condition.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Send pre-authorized returns to the address provided in the Contact Us page.

5. Packaging Requirements:

  • All original packaging must be unopened and in the condition provided.
  • Included materials such as disks, CDs, manuals, warranty cards, and digital media must be returned with the item.

6. Non-Qualifying Items:

  • Accessories and certain items specified do not qualify for refunds or exchanges under this policy.

7. Refunds Policy:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@macdubai.ae
  • Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

8. Dispute Resolution:

  • Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through negotiation and mutual agreement between the customer and MacDubai.ae.

  • MacDubai.ae reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review these terms periodically.

10. Governing Law:

  • Mentioned terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
